Refund and Return Policy

100% Refund Policy:

 Our refund policy is straightforward. We will refund 100% of the purchased honey price if you are not satisfied with our raw honey. If you want a refund, please get in touch with us within the first three weeks of the purchase.

Refund Eligibility:

You are eligible for a full refund if our honey is not consumed more than 50 grams or two tablespoons, and it should be in the same condition and with original packing.

Shipping Cost Refund:

The shipping cost is non-refundable, and when returning a product, you will have to pay for the return shipment cost.

How will you receive your refund?

After your refund is received, we will inspect it, and if it’s in the same condition and original packing, we will refund your amount to the bank account you provided. You can contact us on WhatsApp or our email for any confusion.
